Equipped with an industrial-grade ARM Cortex-A7 processor running at 900MHz, 512MB RAM, and 8GB eMMC Flash, H6131 delivers robust edge computing capabilities, supporting stable on-site data optimization, real-time response, and intelligent analysis. It also features LTE Cat1/Cat4 4G and 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring reliable internet access in various industrial scenarios.

H6131 is compatible with diverse protocols including Modbus RTU, transparent serial transmission, TCP, UDP, IPv4/IPv6, and MQTT. With 1 x RS-232, 1 x RS-485 serial ports and dual 10/100Mbps Ethernet ports, it seamlessly collects data from PLCs, meters, and other industrial devices, then securely uploads it to monitoring platforms.

It fully supports the Hongdian Sandora Cloud Platform, enabling data transmission via HTTP, HTTPS, and AMQPS protocols. Coupled with VPN (PPTP/L2TP/IPSec etc.) and WEP/WPA/WPA2 encryption, it ensures end-to-end secure data flow from industrial devices to the cloud for centralized management and analysis.

H6131 offers flexible programming options with C and Python, complemented by a dedicated SDK and accessible system APIs. This allows users to easily invoke hardware resources and interface functions, accelerating the development of customized applications tailored to specific business requirements.

H6131 features a robust metal housing with IP43 ingress protection, ensuring resistance to dust and water splashes. It is designed for reliable operation across a wide temperature range of -30°C to +70°C and offers flexible installation options, including desktop, wall-mount, and DIN-rail mounting.

Integrated with Hongdian's remote management system, it supports remote monitoring, configuration, and maintenance through HTTP, Telnet, and SSH. Users can centrally manage all H6131 gateways in the network, while features like hardware watchdog and automatic fail-over (between cellular, WAN, Wi-Fi) ensure 24/7 stable operation.
