Hongdian Product Warranty Policy

Hongdian warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period beginning from the date the product is shipped from our manufacturing facility. The warranty duration varies by product category. Eligible products may be refunded, exchanged, or repaired at our discretion.

 

General Product Warranty Period

1 years default.

 

Warranty Coverage

Defective products will, at Hongdians option, be repaired or replaced within the applicable warranty period.

If a product is found to be defective within 30 days of receipt and was properly installed and used, it will be considered defective on arrival. Replacement products will be configured as originally purchased. Customers are responsible for data backup, recovery, and reinstallation of software.

Repaired or replaced products are covered under warranty for the longer of:

3 months from the repair/replacement date, or

The remainder of the original warranty period.

 

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to defects occurring during normal use. It does not cover:

1. Products modified in a manner not described in the official user manuals.

2. Products that have been painted, rebranded, or physically altered.

3. Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood, earthquake, fire).

4. Defects identified after the warranty has expired.

5. Products reworked, updated, or improperly tested by the customer or a third party.

6. Products with altered or damaged serial numbers.

7. Damage caused by power surges, improper power supply, voltage fluctuations, corrosive environments, or vibration.

8. Non-compliance with local regulations regarding frequency channels or output power.

9. Damage resulting from the use of third-party hardware, software, or firmware.

 

Return Procedure

Products returned without a valid RMA number and proof of purchase will not be processed and may be disposed of. To obtain an RMA number, please submit the required information via Track Your Package.

 

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

1. Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges when sending products to Hongdian.

2. A proforma invoice will be issued for repair costs pending customer approval before work begins.

3. Payment is required as specified in the proforma invoice.

4. If repair is declined, the defective product will be returned at the customers expense and risk.

 

Processing Time

Please allow up to four weeks from receipt of the RMA product for diagnosis, repair, and return shipment. For urgent requests, please indicate this in your return documentation.
