Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas & Carriers

Shipping Areas: Our global shipping network is continually expanding. We are committed to reaching more customers and improving delivery options to better serve you.

Carriers: To optimize logistics, we currently use FedEx as our core carrier. Please note that FedEx may have restrictions in certain remote or special locations, which could result in unavailable delivery or additional charges.

 

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: 

  • If the products are in stock, all orders will be processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), including payment verification, order preparation, and packaging.
  • If the products are temporarily out of stock, we will notify customers via email with the updated estimated delivery date.

Shipping Time:

Once the package is dispatched from our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is for reference only, and actual delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather, or peak shipping periods.

 

3. Shipping Costs & Taxes

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the product size, weight, and shipping address, and the final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
International taxes will also be displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Shipping Delays & Issue Resolution

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.

If your order experiences significant delays or issues during transit, please contact our support team at shop@hongdian.com for assistance.

We will help track your order and coordinate with the logistics provider, but we cannot guarantee liability for any delays.
