Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

To initiate a return, please first submit an RMA request to order@hongdian.com. All returns must include an RMA number approved by Hongdian. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

1. Returns

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and sale items or gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us with any questions regarding specific products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the transaction.

 

2. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

 

3. Repairs (Within Warranty Period)

Most non-consumable products are eligible for free repair during the warranty period. Repaired items will be shipped back after testing and verification.

 

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing order@hongdian.com. If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made after 24 hours or once the order has shipped cannot be accepted. In such cases, you may request a return upon receipt of the order (refer to Section 1). Returns not due to product quality issues will require the customer to cover all related costs, including return shipping and taxes.

 

5. Order Rejection

Hongdian does not accept returns without valid reason. If a buyer rejects delivery without cause, all return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Repeated refusal to accept delivery after reminders will result in the deduction of all incurred costs from any refund. Once returned products are received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued minus return-related fees.

Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Free repairs are available within the warranty period; out-of-warranty repairs may be offered subject to applicable fees.
