Return Policy

To initiate a return, please submit an RMA request to shop@hongdian.com.
All returns must include an RMA number approved by Hongdian. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

Items eligible for return must be:

  • In normal used condition, free from intentional damage;
  • With original packaging intact;
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Industrial routers may be used or tested by customers before return, as long as there is no intentional damage.

1. Returns

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), sale items, or gift cards are non-returnable.
  • If unsure about a specific product’s return eligibility, please contact us.

Refund processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card companies may require extra processing time.
  • For returns or cancellations not caused by product defects, all related costs (including return shipping and taxes) are borne by the customer.

 

2. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, if stock is available, the exchanged item will be shipped within 1 business day.
  • If stock is unavailable, we will promptly notify the customer and offer a refund or wait-for-stock option.

 

3. Repairs (Within Warranty Period)

  • Most non-consumable products are eligible for free repair during the warranty period.
  • Repaired items will be shipped back after testing and verification. Hongdian covers shipping costs to return the repaired product.
  • Please retain the original packaging and accessories.
  • Repair turnaround times will be communicated as applicable.

 

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing shop@hongdian.com.
  • If the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be issued.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours or once shipped cannot be directly cancelled; customers may request a return upon receipt (see Section 1).

 

5. Order Rejection

  • Hongdian does not accept unjustified refusal of delivery that is unrelated to the statutory right of withdrawal.
  • If a buyer rejects delivery without cause, all return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Repeated or malicious refusal allows Hongdian to deduct all incurred costs, including customs duties, clearance fees, and shipping costs, from any refund.
  • Returned items will be inspected, and eligible refunds will be issued minus related fees.
